Helping leaders and organizations grow with clarity, intention, and impact.
I believe that all organizational success begins with people and with the ways personality, emotions, energy, and intellect to shape how we show up in the here and now and work together.
Trained as an experimental psychologist, I anchor my work with leaders and teams in careful observation, evidence, and human insight. When I enter an organization, I never assume I am the expert on its context. The client is always the expert on knowing themselves and their environment. No matter how much time I spend with a team, they will always know their environment more intimately than I ever could.
Because of that, my approach begins with observing and sensing, then forming hypotheses about what these signals might mean for the people and dynamics around me. I test those hypotheses through thoughtful questions, update my impressions based on what I hear, and integrate these insights into the conclusions and recommendations I ultimately share with clients.
Curious what this could mean for you or your organization? Let's find out together.

I have received specialized training and certifications in lie and truthfulness detection, as well as in conflict resolution within organizations, and have delivered custom programs and consultancy services for a wide range of companies. I have also worked with families through IMD’s Family Business Center in both custom and open programs.
I received my PhD in Social Psychology from Yale University in 2005.
“Leaders in today’s context need to constantly learn, unlearn, and relearn. They know that they have to learn, but the challenge is how to unlearn and relearn. In working with leaders, my aim is to facilitate that process.”
I don't arrive with a fixed playbook. I arrive with curiosity, a scientific mindset, and genuine respect for the leaders in the room.
-

People are the foundation.
Intellect, personality, energy, and emotion aren't soft factors, they're the root of every organizational outcome.
-

Leaders are the experts.
My role isn't to tell leaders what to do. It's to share with them frameworks, language, and insight to do what they do with greater clarity and intention.
-

Evidence drives insight.
I bring a researcher's discipline to every engagement — observing, hypothesizing, testing, and updating rather than assuming.
-

Context is everything.
No two organizations are alike. The approach has to fit the people, the culture, and the moment.
