Building Stronger Leaders and Organizations

Leadership Consulting and Teaching Engagements Worldwide

Working with those who are committed to meaningful leadership development, cultural transformation, and long-term capability building.

The challenges I most often address include:

  • Strengthening team dynamics and collaboration

  • Building psychological safety and trust

  • Developing and empowering leaders

  • Supporting women’s leadership and inclusive leadership cultures

  • Leading teams and functions through critical transitions, especially the shift from leading teams to leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide work

  • Creating shared language and frameworks that bring clarity to complex systems

Collaborating with organizations worldwide including:

Global corporations across industries such as pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer goods, financial services, and manufacturing.

Those seeking to strengthen psychological safety, empowerment, and diversity of leadership.

Boards and top teams wanting to improve communication, culture, or strategic alignment.

Executive teams and senior leadership groups navigating complexity or transition.

Every engagement is hands-on, immersive, and grounded in the actual challenges of the leaders in the room. My approach for consulting and teaching include:

“Working with Jennifer has made me clearer and more direct with senior stakeholders, more confident in difficult decisions, and better able to hold my ground without losing warmth or authenticity. She does not impose a leadership formula; she helps me develop a way of leading that is genuinely my own. Most importantly, Jennifer has helped me grow into my leadership rather than feel that I have to put on a version of it. The impact is deeply personal, immediately practical, and lasting."

Process

I don’t enter an organization with pre-set answers. I enter with curiosity. I observe, I sense, I inquire, and I adapt.

Leadership cannot be “taught.” It is not a discipline with fixed rules, it is a practice shaped by experience, context, personality, energy, and behavior. Most leaders with whom I work have far more lived leadership experience than I do. My role is not to teach them what to do, but to give them frameworks, insight, and confidence to do what they do with greater clarity, intention, and impact. I also help them to reflect on their practices and give them frameworks to make these practices more deliberate.
